Our Intention:

Our intention is to foster a sense of community throughout the program, where collaboration, shared learning, and mutual support are at the heart of the experience. We want to bring together a group of like-minded individuals who can learn from and uplift one another, forming connections that extend beyond the training itself. The relationships built in this community will be the foundation for a sustainable practice, both as teachers and as individuals committed to ongoing personal growth.

Welcome to Buddhaful Souls 200 hour yoga teacher training,

it’s truly an honor to have you part of our community.

 FAQs

  • Fill out our form above to express interest in the training. We will then reach out to have you pay the non-refundable deposit of $500 to hold your spot.

  • A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is more than just a certification — it’s a shared journey of growth, connection, and learning. It’s an opportunity to deepen your personal practice, expand your understanding of yoga philosophy, and build meaningful relationships with like-minded individuals. It’s about cultivating a sense of community and compassion.

  • We understand that life can get in the way sometimes, and missing a day of training may be necessary. We expect that you attend at least 80% of the scheduled training sessions, but we are committed to working with each individual on a case-by-case basis if you do need to miss a class.

To receive your certification, it’s important that you make up any missed work and complete any additional assignments or tasks as required. Our goal is to ensure that all participants are fully prepared and have gained the necessary skills and knowledge, even if some sessions are missed.

If you miss a class, we will provide guidance on how to catch up, and we’ll work with you to ensure you’re up-to-date with the material.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to take our teacher training program. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age we require written consent from your legal guardian and approval from our lead trainers.

  • If you feel a deep pull toward yoga, a desire for personal growth, and a calling to teach or serve others, this training may be the right path for you. It’s about listening to your intuition and following your heart. If yoga has already had a profound impact on your life, this training may be the next step in your journey — not just as a teacher, but as a person seeking deeper fulfillment and connection.

  • It’s natural to feel both excitement and fear when stepping into something as transformative as yoga teacher training. Remember, yoga itself teaches us to embrace both light and dark, to be gentle with ourselves, and to trust the process. Trust that you are ready, even if you don’t feel entirely confident yet. Yoga will meet you where you are and help you evolve in the most beautiful way.

  • It’s completely normal to feel nervous about teaching, especially in the beginning. The beauty of a community-based training is that you’ll have the opportunity to practice in a safe, non-judgmental space. Your fellow students and instructors will provide feedback, encouragement, and support, allowing you to grow in confidence as you find your unique voice as a teacher. Remember, every great teacher started exactly where you are — with a willingness to try, learn, and connect.

  • One of the most beautiful things about yoga is that it teaches us to let go of our limiting beliefs and fears. The very fact that you’re considering the training shows that you’re ready to grow. The training will guide you to find your inner strength and wisdom, reminding you that you are enough just as you are. Trust in the process, and know that every step you take on this journey is a step toward becoming your best self.

  • A strong community is at the heart of this training. It’s about creating a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. Throughout the course, you’ll be surrounded by people who share your passion for yoga and self-discovery. You’ll practice, grow, and learn alongside others who are on their own transformative journey, and together, you’ll build lasting connections, share stories, and lift each other up.

  • Yes. The prerequisites for both yoga teacher trainings are a love for yoga, a dedication to an honest and loving yoga practice, and a willingness to co-create conscious community.

  • This yoga teacher training has place for “every body” - for all kinds of situations and circumstances. It emphasizes yoga as an invitation to be in touch with all parts of ourselves and what matters most in our lives - to help us find freedom wherever we are. We believe yoga can meet us all where we are - as we are - including challenges we may be experiencing.
