A toddler yoga playgroup, each 45 minute session includes a 30 minute yoga class followed by a craft. We will end with a group game and song. Yoga playgroups are great for toddlers to practice yoga, which supports their physical, mental and emotional health. Toddlers will experience different play activities and develop their social skills, using their imagination and creativity and building emotional confidence. Yoga playgroups are also a great way for parents to connect with each other as well as their children.
