STUDIO POLICIES

We ask that you reserve your spot ahead of time. You can book on our website www.buddhafulsoulsyogastudio/schedule or download the momence app on your phone and use your email and password. We are happy to assist if you have any trouble.

We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes before class to settle in.

The studio entrance will be locked promptly at class time for security purposes. If you arrive and the door is locked you will be considered a late-cancel and will be charged accordingly (see Cancellation policy below for details).

Please be mindful of our in-studio late cancel policy. Cancellations made at least 8 hours prior to the start of class will result in the class pass being added back to your account for use at a later date. No-shows and/or reservations cancelled less than 8 hours before your scheduled class will result in a forfeited class pass. Members using an Unlimited class pass will be charged $15 for each late cancel/no-show. (Including our New Student Intro package)

All class card + memberships expiration dates are fixed and cannot be extended. No exceptions.

Workshops are non-refundable. A strict 24-hour cancellation policy is enforced regarding private classes, appointments, enrollments, special classes and events. If canceled prior to the 24 hour cancellation policy, customer will retain the credit on their account for the particular class type, special event or workshop.  Payment for any of these special types of classes cancelled during the 24-hour window prior to the class will be considered completely forfeited (no credits for future classes or otherwise will be issued to students’ account - no exceptions).

All sales are final and non-refundable. This includes classes, workshops, events, pop-up classes, appointments, services + boutique items.

Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio reserves the right to change class times or instructors. Please check our schedule for the most up-to-date class information. In the unfortunate event that Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio has to cancel a class that a client signed up for, we will make efforts to accommodate each person on an individual basis. If a student is late to a class, gets locked out or late cancels, no credits for future classes or otherwise will be issued to students’ accounts.
